อาหารเช้าดี ทำเลดีมาก สามารถเดินจากโรงแรมไปที่ปราสาทได้เลย ห้องใหม่ สะอาด พนักงานบริการดีมาก

ロケーションは郡上八幡城のすぐ足元の高台にあり、シティービューの部屋に泊まりましたが街の眺めがきれいでした。ホテルは街のすぐ近くにありますが坂を上ったところにあるので、街の中まで送迎バスが出ておりそれを利用して片道１分で簡単に往復できました。郡上八幡はコンパクトな街なので送迎場所から簡単に見て回ることができます。夕食の鮎の塩焼き、飛騨牛しゃぶしゃぶ、そして一人づつ目の前で炊く釜たきのごはん、どれも絶品でした。なかでも鮎の塩焼きは絶品でした。

価格に対してお料理の内容が少し期待外れでした。品数を少し減らしてもメインのお料理（肉料理）に力を入れてほしかった。ウェルカムドリンクは嬉しいけどオレンジジュースの薄さに驚いた（笑）価格的に他の人気観光地のホテルではオールインクルーシブで料理も豪華な所が沢山あります。郡上おどりの参加目的での宿泊でしたが、会場への送迎バスはありましたが内容と価格を考えると民宿でも踊り会場近くにするべきだったと思いました。

After spending about 10 days in ryokans it was a nice change to have comfy modern beds and a large spacious bathroom and shower. The property is close to Hachiman castle, about a 15 minute walk up an incline.

While the staff that we encountered away from the front desk were always smiling and cheerful, interactions with the front desk staff were often odd. While they would answer questions and be helpful, they did not demonstrate much flexibility and emphasized the rules beginning at check-in. They lacked the degree of hospitality that we found common in the other places we stayed during our month in Japan.

Fantastic customer service. We had a lot of questions as we were from out of the country and the staff was helpful and patient with us. We enjoyed the food, shuttle to Gujo Odori, and the dressing service for our yukata.
