"Not value for money"

Definitely not returning as not value for money for the room and the meals we paid for the 2 nights especially the first night except for the Kobe beef. Lobster meat was as small as a golf ball. Room was small though with private onsen and service average. Overall an outdated hotel and not value for money spent.

"Nice onsen time"

Nice place to relax for hot springs. good food, nice and helpful staff. The hotel is located 30 minutes from kobe, rural place. we stayed with all the family and enjoyed a lot. rooms are good! if you are looking for a onsen experience this is a good place because it is near kobe. i cannot compare to other onsen places but i will try out some other areas next time, maybe atami. but i can highly recommend this place.
