IDQuite and nice location. The staff were friendly and provided everything we needed. Good-sized bed and bathroom. Good wifi signal. Shared kitchen. Free drinking water. The host is very responsive.
The kitchen could be cleaner. A kettle to heat water could be provided. The AC filters need cleaning.

USI extended my stay here four more nights. The place is super quiet and location perfect for someone wanting to be on main strip but not right in town. I was on own and enjoyed chatting to the workers sometimes too. Everyone is really nice. the cafe gives an opportunity to meet others also!
All was fine really, I would of given 10 but it isn't on beach and wifi a bit iffy sometimes but not much. All in all, a really chill place to stay!
AEUSThis stay was just an extension of the 10 days I have already been here. The place is fabulous for me as a solo quiet gal. My room is surrounded by jungle and I have a lovely outdoor lounge area along with great aircon inner space. All is well, I wrote more in previous post. I have been catered to very well here from extra pillows, extra bedding, replaced old showerhead and repaired kitchenware.
Nothing. My room is great, the wifi was iffy before but seems to be fine now. they have 4 lines to choose from too so one is always ok now. I think they were just working on it before. The family has recently renovated and moved on-site so always here if you need anything but also keep to themselves so it is a private existence here, very nice.
DEWhat a great stay! The people working there were very friendly and let us change to a second-floor room. They also brought us drinking water so we could refill bottles. The location is wonderful, so peaceful and serene and a shortish walk into town or a 5 min walk to the village. Would be happy to stay here again!
USI booked in here for 2 weeks and have now extended twice, that tells you a lot! I have a wonderful upstairs corner unit that is surrounded by green and quiet. I have a gorgeous outdoor balcony overlooking the pool with basic kitchen needs. *Hint* I put fridge outside of room for better use and quieter room, I always do this if I can! There is hot water and lovely large vanity with mirror, plenty of cupboards and lots of space with good aircon, I will rent here again over the years I come to Ubud. On my first day I asked for the firdge to go outside, an extra pillow and a new shower head due to the old one squirting everywhere. All requests were done within one day, very good service. The family is sweet and they live onsite also.
The wifi isn't USA standards but this is Bali. There are 4 lines for the client to choose from so when one is out there is usually another one you can log on to.
USI love the look of this place, it's in an old Balinese family compound and the compound is very ornate...really lovely.
