"Food and hosts incredible"

Excellent dinners - best food we had in Japan! (And that’s saying something, as all the food is amazing). Very warm and welcoming hosts. Location was good for exploring local historical sites and getting the bus up to the mountains. Room was huge and comfortable. Private onsen was nice.

Facilities like the onsen was very private and enjoyable to use. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. As it is a small family ran hotel (less than 12 rooms or so), everything felt very personal. Included the board for breakfast(8am) and dinner(6pm), which was some of the best food I had in Japan. Definitely the best experienxe i had in Japan over my last 4-5 trips to Japan. The meals also almost always include some Nikko speciality such as their Tochigi wagyu beef steak, Yuba (Soybean curd skin) and Strawberry!

オーナー、スタッフの方がとても親切で温かい。夕食もメインディッシュの栃木牛はもちろん、前菜や付け合わせの一点一点が丁寧に仕上がっていて家族５人とも大満足でした。24時間好きなタイミングで入れるお風呂はこじんまりながらも清潔でとても快適でした。

敢えて言えば、駐車場に水たまりがあり、夜は地面が見えないことから足もとに少々不安を感じた。

Le personnel était adorable. Le souper et le déjeuner excellents et le service impeccable. Les deux bains à disposition sont incroyables. Ils m'ont reconduit à la gare avec mes bagages. Ils ont été adorables, je recommande !

"Très agréable séjour"

L'accueil à Morinouta est très soigné et les personnes qui en tiennent le lieu très gentilles et attentionnées. C'est confortable et l'onsen est très agréable. L'emplacement géographique est également très bien dans la mesure où l'hôtel se situe à la fois à proximité du centre historique mais aussi non loin des lacs Chuzenji et Yu qui sont magnifiques, entourés de montagnes et de chemins de promenades sublimes.

"Goed hotel met zeer vriendelijke eigenaren die een beetje Engels kunnen"

Zeer ruime kamers en buitengewoon gastvrij en vriendelijk. De eigenaar bracht ons persoonlijk naar het station, er wAren goede wandeltips. Lekker ontbijt. Twee Fijne onsen die je voor jezelf kunt hebben. Handig om half pension te kunnen kiezen, de kok kookt goed, een mengeling van Japans en europees.

Enigszins gedateerd maar dat was ook charmant
