Close to the ferry and next door to lovely cafe and restaurant. Check in was seamless and had everything needed for a couple of nights inc tea/coffee and a fridge. Picturesque view of the harbour from the front of the property and plenty of walks you can do close by

Only ventilation is the windows and could do with a fan

La localisation est parfaite : vue sur la baie, proche des parcs et jardins, boutique exceptionnelle juste à côté, ferry pour Lyttelton tout proche.

Une table, même petite, serait bienvenue.

Everything… location, hospitality, cleanliness, great bar & cafe on the doorstep & great walks nearby. Nothing not to like… ticks all boxes.

Nothing! So please we stayed for five nights and was sad leaving.

This accommodation has truly spoilt us, it's very difficult to beat, such a beautiful view. You could just sit on the veranda all day. Bed extremely comfortable. Such a well equipped kitchen. Bedding beautiful quality. Very close to an amazing coffee shop. We will return, we were so relaxed as absolutely quiet, wonderful spot. The bathroom was sheer luxury too. Owners incredibly kind.

Loved the location and the view across the harbour. Self-contained, clean and comfortable - with excellent food available at the restaurant/bar 50 m down the road. Very easy to check-in and absolutely loved our stay
