ビールの泡に虫が入ってました。白い泡の真ん中に… ちょっと残念な気持ちになりました。 部屋のお風呂は24時間はいれてとても良いのですが、年配の方等は深さが有り手すり等はないので、入りずらいのかなぁと思いました。

This place is a hidden gem, in a quiet town where not much happens, which is a good thing! A good reason for visiting this place is to get peace in mind. The surroundings are beautiful, and if you like «off track» hiking the forest is magical. The staff is amazing and helpful. And specifically helped out a lot with logistics, sending skiing bags to our next destination. Also helped out much effort helped out when we missed our bus with extra transportation! Enjoy the nice onsen, eat some good food, use the massage chair. We visited late december after the autumn colors were gone and before the snow arrived.

所有項目十分滿意。猶奇是晚餐，食材高級，三個晚上的晚餐完全沒有重覆。份量十分足夠，服務員貼心服侍，親切得很。因為我太太不能吃魚生及要煮熟的食物才可進食，事前通知了温泉酒店，到晚餐的時候，酒店已經為我太太準備好完全煮熟的食物。份量及烹調技巧是頂級的安排。多謝廚師長的細心服務。

スタッフの方々が明るく親切でとても好印象でした。 料理もとても美味しかったです。

アクセスが少し悪く、冬場は宿までの道が真っ暗で不安でした。しかし近くの駅まで迎えに来ていただき、大変嬉しかったです。

The staff were exceptional! I arrived early before check in and had realised I left my phone in the taxi. Despite the language barrier the staff saw I was distressed and worked quickly to understand and help. They called the station and the taxi company and with 30 mins I had my phone back! I can’t thank them enough! The staff also organised an early checkout and taxi back to the station for me plus added dinner onto my reservation. Really made my whole experience! Thank you very much for making my first Ryokan experience so special and memorable!

I wish there were more local facilities nearby! I ventured to Ginzan Onsen via taxi but most places need a car to visit. One to remember for next time!
