Property Notes

The seasonal pool will be open from July to August. One child 3 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

"Informatievoorziening over wat je nu precies boekt, was in ons geval niet toereikend."

De dame die ons het eten kwam brengen, was erg vriendelijk. Het eten was lekker.

We hadden de standaard tweepersoons kamer met twee aparte bedden geboekt (kamer 625). Dit bleek een piepklein kamertje (meer een bezemhok) te zijn. Een keihard matras en een veel te kort dekbed, waardoor ik met opgetrokken benen moest slapen (ik ben 1.74). Het tapijt zat vol met vlekken. De temperatuur was niet zelf te regelen. Ook in de badkamer kon je amper bewegen. De overige foto’s van het hotel op booking zien er prachtig uit en misschien zijn er ook fijne kamers. Van deze kamer werd slecht 1 foto getoond. Daar is niet op te zien hoe klein en verouderd het in werkelijkheid is. Ik voelde me daardoor toch misleid. Prijs-kwaliteit is volledig scheef.

Well maintained modern onsen in a quiet location. The dinner was superb and the breakfast buffet offered diverse choices. Perfect place for relaxing.

The bathroom was small like other hotels I have experienced in Japan. However, this one felt more cramped than usual.

お部屋の窓も大きくて景色も良く快適でした。

お風呂が地下で結構階段がきつくお年寄りを連れていったがエレベーターなどなかったので大変だった。

Onsen in the room

Transportation was poor, would be better if you would have at least several shuttels from Shinjo Station.
