Property Notes

The seasonal pool will be open from July to August. One child 3 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

Helpful front door staff helped us unload luggage from car and directed us to carpark just down the road Excellent traditional Japanese dinner, with delightful dining staff In room onsen is very convenient Futons were laid out for us during dinner

Was informed by reception staff that no assistance was available to help with luggage from reception to room, which I found strange, as most hotels provide assistance with luggage.
