Property Notes

The seasonal pool will be open from July to August. One child 3 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

夕食が写真と違い、大したことはなかった。しょぼかった。歴代の天皇訪問の写真が飾られていたが、もう2度と来ないであろう。

It was such a wonderful place to stay and I'm glad I decided to. I loved the room, the private bath, the food was excellent and the staff were amazing! The onsen was great, it was nice to have access to a little shop, coffee and lounge area and other activities within the place.

Wonderfully located by the river and the mountains. The onsen was absolutely gorgeous. Staff were wonderful (limited English). I enjoyed relaxing and taking in the sights

The business room didn’t have a shower which I found not acceptable for the price. Staff were amazing and moved my room. Please ask for food preferences at check in. I was unable to eat some dishes the first night as I don’t eat red meat.
