The Palms - Seraya Shores Retreat Bali

I liked the grounds, view and pool.

The room and building was very dated. The bathroom was stained, tired and not cleaned in places. The photos did not reflect the property accurately. I am sure when it was build it would have been wonderful. It’s still has loads of potential, but is in need of some repairs and a good deep clean.

Can not fault this place. Was unfortunately very ill when we stayed here but the staff were so helpful and organised a nurse to come see me at my room. The place is stunning, just wish I had longer here. Katut and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Thanks Katie. We'll be back.

Property is good but is old

U can’t swim front beach. U h to go virgin beach .

Well, we had such a lovely and outstanding time in Seraya Shores. Friendly staff warmly welcomed us and assisted with all necessary. Our villa was just perfect with amazing view and outdoor bathroom. It was relaxing to take a shower and observe huge sea waves. Breakfasts are rich, eggs with toasts, pancakes, fresh juices, coffee and tea available. We loved the environment with the pool, it was calming and we felt very relaxed and refreshed! You will definitely need a motorbike if you want to explore the area, go for a dinner or visit some interesting places. There is a good restaurant just 5 minutes by walk called Warung Chic. Once again, it was great decision to stay at Seraya Shores as we felt like in dream. Well recommended to all who wants to slow down, relax and relax.

There is no access to the beach. The seaside is stoney and waves are huge. No chance to get to the sea.

Hygiene and house keeping is not upto mark... don't be shocked if your bedsheet and linens are not clean

Everything was wonderful the location was unbelievably beautiful. It was paradise with the view and infinity pool. The accommodation was outstanding, very clean and the bathrooms amazing! Special thanks to Ketut who was so friendly and very welcoming and kept us always happy, we were very lucky to have him look after our family of 6.

Nothing everything superb
