"In a word, adequate"

While the accomodation was tidy it was showing its age and although thankful for the supposed 'upgrade' there was no cleaning/change towels for the whole of my stay.

I didn't like that the bath towels were not changed for the duration of my stay and while I appreciate that it may have been not to the park's management liking that I booked through Booking I would have thought that when I decided to stay for an extra night there may have been some consideration of the rte I was charged - this was not the case and the dealings I had with the receptionist would be best described as to the point rather than friendly and welcoming.
