Kalaru Holiday Village

The site was well-managed and everyone very friendly. The location was excellent, with easy access to Tathra and Bega, and very peaceful. The take away breakfast from CJs was very good and good value for money.

The amenities were basic but clean and well maintained. The cabin was quite cramped for three adults.

Friendly people, lovely spot, things nearby like pubs clubs beaches and walks.

Amenities block is a little dilapidated.

I booked 3 nights for my friend. And my friend not satisfied the environment,so I called the hotel to cancel and ask for refund.Hotel said can’t issue a refund,but could give me 3 nights credit that I could use anytime after. So my friend returned the key at that day not living there for one night.One week later, when we got there want to use the credits ,the manager said no credits,it is their staff fault,the staff aren’t familiar with the cancellation policy.I complained with Booking.com. The hotel was lying. They said we lived there for 3 nights, so terrible persons. Can’t believe it. Worst traveling experience.
