TW早餐有吃一次~還蠻豐富的 前一天要先預訂1400+10% 澡堂還不錯 一切都很乾淨整潔 每天都會給你換毛巾，若房間內沒有浴室就都得到澡堂去洗澡/外面有公共廁所 洗手台房間內都有 走路三分鐘就有LAWSON超商可以買早餐 距離車站很近 走路五分鐘 老闆娘英語很不錯~ 溝通沒問題 各大雪場有接駁車可以搭 (要先預約 租雪具也都在這邊完成 價目表很清楚(要另外含稅喔)

走廊跟廁所沒暖氣 真的冷 隔音沒有很好 多多少少會聽到隔壁跟走廊的聲音

GBThe team at Denkiya is absolutely amazing! So lovely, thoughtful and helpful. We had a brilliant stay here and loved the shuttle buses to and from Iwaparra, the steamy onsens and the lovely, light-filled room. The daily breakfast was so delicious and the perfect way to start the day. We are so grateful for such a wonderful time!

乾燥室有限制出入時間，想早點拿雪具或晚點放雪具都沒辦法，與員工在平台上確認加人的事宜，但是晚上到達飯店後，前台已經沒有人，而且房間的用品竟然少給一人份，而且每天會更換的備品，竟然有一天只給了一人份。
