JPThe property offers good value for money. It provides a free shuttle bus to and from the station, which is very convenient given the hotel’s location. It’s also great that they have on-site rental, so you can come empty-handed and rent everything right at the hotel. The staff are very kind and welcoming, and provide a high level of hospitality and support.
I have stayed in many hotels and ryokans in Japan over the past few years, but I have never come across pillows this hard. I have slept on traditional Japanese pillows before, but they were never this uncomfortable or hard as a rock.
