Alisa Premier Cruise

We have been choosing our cruise on Ha Long Bay for quite some time and I am glad we chose Alisa cruise. We also ordered a transfer from Hanoi and back by a shared bus and received all the information for that prior to our departure. We had the 2 days/1 night stay and it was more than enough for us and our travelling style. I can see why some people feel it's a bit rushed, but we expected it and had no problems. The activities were well planned, we had all the information we needed and our tour manager was very nice and helpful. The food on the cruise was 2 lunches, breakfast and one dinner. The lunches were average, but the dinner was one of the best ones we ever had. They were able to accommodate my gluten-free diet very well (although double check with your waiter all the time)

The only thing was that we could hear our next-door neighbours a lot, and in the morning, when people were walking on the upper floor, we heard the steps on the wooden floors.

Overall the experience was great. Unfortunately you basically spend a lot of money only for the food at night and the cabin. As the schedule is quite tight there is almost no time you can spend on the ship. We think that it’s too expensive for that little time of a luxury experience.

They didn’t pull up the ship‘s sails. Breakfast could be better. Quite a tight schedule without much time to spend on the boat.

We spent one night two day trip on ALISA PREMIER CRUISE and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic! Right from the get go the entire staff was very welcoming & ensured we had the best experience. We had specific dietary requirements and the cruise staff ensured that we had a wide spread of choices across our meals. A special mention for our Cruise manager Alex who was a total star, super friendly and had an eye for detail. He made our trip memorable and was always a delight to converse with. We were upgraded to stay at the Royal Suite and the room was incredible. Everything from room cleanliness to the service provided, excursions and food was beyond our expectations and value for money. Will strongly recommend Alisa Premier Cruise and rated this cruise 6 ⭐️
