Alisa Premier Cruise

Really nice cruise. Mrs. Anna was our contact person and helped clarifying everything before the trip. The cruise staff was also super friendly. The cruise provides a wide range of activtities one can join (however there is no need if you just want to relax on the boat you do not need to join any of the activities). The food was also really great!

The Alisa Cruise boat is really beautiful, our room was spacious and the bathroom was too with both a shower and a tub that looked over the gorgeous Ha Long Bag views. The Bay itself is stunning, and you can tell that the cruise organizer want you to have the maximum amount of time possible in the bay enjoying the beautiful sights. The excursions they plan are varied, from swimming and hiking to exploring caves and take you to see a lot of different areas of the bay. There were other ships around, but nothing ever felt crowded or overwhelmed with visitors. The staff on the boat were very friendly and helpful.

The excursions from the boat feel very rushed. The itinerary is packed with activities, which is necessary to get the full experience of Ha Long Bay, but the downside is that it feels like you have very little time to enjoy them, and not a lot of time on the boat itself. The food was also disappointing. We would have preferred to have more local Vietnamese specialties, rather than the many Western-leaning options.

Overall good experience from the start there was direct good contact about the trip with Anna. She did a good job helping me providing information and answering any questions we had through WhatsApp. We took the 2 day trip and all staff were kind and cheerfull, the food was excellent! We were lucky to get a free upgrade from the senior to the vip suite.

When staying at the senior or vip suite sometimes there will be some loud music playing from the music/bar.

Very nice stay, staff very gentle and quality food! The room was clean and confortable. In particular thanks to Anna that help us in the arrangement of the cruise and also of the transfer to and from the Alisa pier.

Dimly lit room. Brighter lights would have been better.

Everything was amazing! The boat was wonderful, very clean and the food was really good! All the staff are kind, specially Anna, who manage our trip before, during and after de Cruise! The activities are funny and you don't have time to feel yourself boring 😊 I really recommend Alisa Premier Cruise

We stayed at Rita Cruise, was really great experience. We had the VIP suite and was ultra luxurious. The kayaking added more to the thrill for sure.

The veg options need to be worked upon surely, else everything was awesome. Had limited options for vegetarians. :( even if the chef learns to prepare a few options, this will work wonders for vegetarian guests.

Amazing food, amazing crew, itinerary very well organised ... Loved the whole 3 days two nights on and off board.
