The cruise is a short one, we were expecting a large cruise with different views. We probably made 5 miles and we stop for 12 hours. Visiting the organized tourist pints with a smaller boat.

Our cabin was as stated on booking. Food on board was excellent and beautifully presented. Transfer to the Alisa was very good and comfortable. Staff we're friendly and helpful.

The confusion regarding payment was unnecessary as we just paid before we boarded. The vehicle for our return transfer was below the standard expected. The bath needed descaling and housekeeping could be improved.

"Small room for price paid, food good but too many courses & no menu"

Staff lovely, food good

Room v small, plug sockets in bed. No menu with meals, didn't know what being served & how many courses. Service too fast. Made to feel bad if didn't want food offered also if didn't want to join activities. Timings too early - lunch at 9.45am??!
