Rosa Cruise

The rooms were clean. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They pay very close attention to dietary requirements. You will never go hungry as there is an endless amount of food. There are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. The views throughout the cruise were amazing.

There is no wifi connection. You also very rarely get roaming connection and that's only in certain spots on the deck. The shower on board is a bath tub. It is incredibly difficult to get in and out of. You have to literally climb into the tub, this would be dangerous for elderly passengers.The activities could be planned better according to the weather. We didn't get to see the caves as it was low tide and had to go kayaking in the pouring rain. The blinds in the bathroom, are also annoying as you have to match the pattern on them to ensure you have privacy.

Our room was amazing! We probably got a free upgrade cause it was much better than we expected. The room and bathroom are quite big and we had a private little balcony. I liked also the food provided onboard and the stuff was nice and helpful.

Activities could have been better, other friends did similar 1night experience in the bay and visited much nicer spots (villages, caves etc).

Room was comfortable and the activities were fun.

The Drinks were very heavily over priced, common wines are available at VND 100,000 but in cruise they were VND 1.4 million. 14 Times??? seriously??

Location and staff

Food was not up to scratch, for 2000AUD they should at least provide free water and soft drinks, but the prices were a rip off once you are on the boat.

The views were amazing, food plentiful and delicious. And the room was perfect

The attention from the crew was exceptional especially Davis took care of us at the meals . The excursions were well planned and very interesting. The boat was in good condition. We didn’t move a lot but it wasn’t necessary, no movement and noise at night.

All went well. Had a great time.

I did not like the clear glass for the bathroom, would preferred to have the glass frosted. The blind in bathroom is bad idea. We went with our adult children so there twin room the bathroom was a problem. As they did not want to see each other on the toilet or the shower. I did not like seeing rubbish in the water. Very boat that operates in this area should get together and pay someone to keep it clear of rubbish. Or you will lose the beauty and your business will suffer.

We had a great time overall. Although at first it was a bit confusing due to receiving an email about the change of the name and then nobody was replying to our emails and texts. Upon arrival everything was well organized. The rooms were great, we recommand doing 2 nights to enjoy the experience properly with the day trip to Cat Ba island.
