Rosa Cruise

Staff were absolutely amazing! Food was great too and we had the best best New Year’s party with them all, they went above and beyond! So much fun

Our room was a little shabby, pictures seems to have been taken down from the walls and holes left. Also all the bathrooms looked nicer in the photos

Property is good but they gave us bad room after showing such nice picture with round bed they allocated us different room which was so bad and near the engine.

They gave us different room after showing different one in their booking profile in booking.com. Our room was the worst one because it was near the engine and was too noisy. When we asked the staffs about it they solely blamed it to their office saying they are not responsible for the bookings. Also the drain in our washroom was jammed twice which was so smelly and we had to leave the room twice.

Very clean, very organised, extremely friendly staff with great knowledge of the surrounding areas 😇 The food was amazing! They put so much effort into the New Years Eve celebration! Definitely wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else! Thank you so much!

Everything was great!

The scenery was spectacular. The excursions were very good and well run. Giang at reception was very helpful and deserves special recognition. I recommend the two day/two night option.

Paying for the cruise was a terrible experience. Rosa either didn't respond to requests for payment details or didn't provide all required information, or worse provided wrong information. It required numerous e-mails and phone calls to Rosa and Booking.com. Wi-fi was available, bit there was no internet, so was useless. We booked a Rosa cruise, but turned out that doesn't actually exist. We ended up on M'Gloria.

The name has changed and they didn’t tell us. When you arrive it’s like a meat market trying to organise everyone… the only English speaking staff is the ones sorting the money. They then ran out of the food portions that they advertised. I specifically requested a room away from technical rooms and they stuck me next to the anchor so I had a 6am wake up. The staff were up and down the corridor and talking all night. We asked for some extra food and they laughed and didn’t give it and not to mention the price of drinks is equivalent to London prices.

There was no nightlife on this cruise. After dinner expect to go back to the room and rest. No music or entertainment. If you are looking for something fun and exciting I would not book this cruise. This is much more of a chill environment which is perfect if that is what you are looking for!
