very nice staff and the rooms were spacious and clean! The views and bays were incredible and we enjoyed the kayaking and swimming

no evening entertainment. The food was only okay. drinks onboard are quite expensive. It was beautiful but not worth the money spent.

Breathtaking experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly our waiter Huy (Marcus) who was very professional, informative and interesting to chat to.

Some of the staff provided good service

1. We were booked onto what your website describes as a luxury cruise and we booked through booking.com which shows your cruise as 5 star! however, we were placed into a room with a noise level that would be akin to 1 star! 2. When we checked into our cabin there was no noise, but upon retiring to bed the level of noise was absolutely dreadful/unacceptable and we were unable to sleep. There is nothing stating in your literature that room 211 is next to a generator/pump, because had you been transparent, and honest we would NEVER, ever have booked your cruise 3. At around midnight I approached the reception area on the boat and told them that due to the noise i could not sleep, i was also wearing ear plugs and i had taken a sleeping tablet however, the noise was too loud, non of us could sleep and i asked reception to stop the noise, we were told that the generator/pump could not be switched off, BUT it was switched off at 6.22 am!!!! Why was this noise not turned off at midnight when we requested? 4. I had 2 hours sleep in my supposedly luxury cabin which is an absolute joke! 5. The following day I had only had 2 hours sleep and we all had to pack up our belongings whilst you relocated us to another room. which was far inferior to the cabin that we bought, we were not happy with this but what other choice did we have? 6. The new room that we were relocated to had a catalogue of faults A, No privacy curtain/blind in the bathroom, we had our 18 year old daughter with us, B. No balcony C. We could not open the curtains due to other guests and staff continuously walking past, hence we had no view to look at D. Water that was supplied in 3 glass bottles that had a disgusting taste, which had obviously not been refreshed E. A shower tap that fell off every time we showered F. A kettle that did not reach the plug socket G. A kettle that once boiled, the handle was too hot to touch H.

Gorgeous rooms, comfortable beds. Recommend the two night cruise because the day trip with Ken was a highlight. Cycling at Cat Ba Island and swimming/kayaking was fantastic amongst the gorgeous surroundings. Lots of food and gorgeous views from the balcony.

Lack of free drinking water especially on deck and at meal times. Drinks were very expensive. The music during happy hour was very loud, took away from the gorgeous surroundings. Unfortunately it seems most of the cruises do this?

Food was delicious and the staff had amazing customer service. The boat is pretty, too.

The boat could use some serious maintenance in their Air Conditioning equipment. It was extremely hot and I could not sleep well. In addition, you all need a better internet provided because the WI-FI connection was WORTHLESS.

Two days before my cruise, Rosa Cruise texted me at 9 pm asking if I would leave a day early. Pick up in the Old Quarter was at 7 am, so this was less than 12 hours notice. For this inconvenience, they were willing to offer a full $4 discount on a $500+ dollar cruise. The morning of the cruise, I was picked up on a motorbike. The guy did not have helmets, so I refused to get on. I walked behind the motor bike for a few blocks with all of my luggage even though I overpaid for a hotel pick up. At 11 am, while I was already on the bus and 30 minutes before we were set to arrive at the harbor, Rosa Cruise texted me again that they were changing what boat I was on (Erin’s Cruise). I looked into the new boat, and it was cheaper than my original cruise. I asked if they would refund the difference, and they said no. I reached out to Booking.com, but still haven’t heard back a week later. I told my bus driver I would need to go to a new drop off location, but when I told him the name of the new cruise, he said that was what the company told him originally. That means that Rosa Cruise knew at least before 7 am that they were changing my boat but didn’t let me know until 11 am. They didn’t want to give me a chance to explore other options. My first night on board, after dinner, the company texted me 20+ times apologizing and called me multiple times. At that point, I just wanted to enjoy my cruise and not be reminded of the mistakes and unprofessionalism. I was disappointed by this cruise at every single turn. They turned what was supposed to be a fun, relaxing experience into such a headache and I truly can’t believe how much money I paid. Rosa Cruise was rated as a good pick for solo travelers. Erin’s cruise was completely family oriented. There were children screaming in the room next to me and running around the dining room. I really wanted to meet peers as a solo traveler, but I didn’t get that experience as almost all of the other travelers were local Vietnamese...

Staff were so diligent and accommodating. Rooms were well decorated and clean.

Not really a luxury cruise. Hot tub/pool cold and smaller than photographed. Not a fault of the cruise but lots of litter along Ha Long Bay.

Halong Bay is full of trash :(

the boat was beautiful and more so all of the staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming. Boo in charge of kitchen / dining was so kind and always made sure everything was good and that I was happy. his service was wonderful. Willy in charge/ manager of cruise was very informative and helpful. Tom cruise / Tink - did our day tour one the first full day. he went above and beyond, taught us all so much, was funny and entertaining, warming and kind. I loved our day trip with Tom- he made it a lot of fun with his bubbly personality. thank you 🙏 thank you all.

I can’t fault the cruise.
