To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask you to stay updated with the latest itinerary on our official website. Embark time: 12:00 PM - 12:15 PM (Room check-in time is 01:00 PM) Disembark time: 11:30 AM - 11:45 AM. Please note that room check-out time is 09:00 - 09:30 AM. Guests enjoy early lunch & activities until final disembarkation. Round-trip shuttle bus transportation from & to Hanoi Old Quarter, airport transfer service are available at the additional charge. Please inform our cruise office in advance of your hotel location or flight details for arrangement. Guests must provide the passport information of all members at least 02 days before arrival: Full name - Gender - Nationality - Date of birth - Passport number - Arrival date in Vietnam (or Visa expiration date). Booking's name and credit card's name need to be same. An additional charge will be applied for extra bed, extra person, room upgrade, beverages and other requests (late boarding, early disembarkation,...) There will be a mandatory surcharge for December 24th (Christmas's Eve), December 31st (New Year Eve) and Tet Holiday (Lunar New Year). Wi-Fi is available on board but the signal is weak and unstable due to geographic issues..Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

The food on this cruise is excellent. All the activities were well organised. We booked the shuttle bus service which I would recommend which picked us up and dropped off us off in the old quarter. We were met by our Tour guide who made everything run smoothly. The rooms are well appointed and we enjoyed having a private balcony. I enjoyed the smaller boat experience, no massive lines and pushy crowds.

We loved this cruise, there is nothing not to like.

The boat was beautiful, the food was great, the tour guide was informative, the cooking class was fun and the staff on board the boat, especially a girl named Lan went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Lan taught us some Vietnamese words and we amused her with our poor pronunciation!

The WiFi was only available in the dining room and was patchy. The bar fridge in our cabin was very noisy so we had to unplug it at night.

Great communication from Anna, before and after the trip with help arranging our airport transfer. Very clean, professional and lots of fun! A highlight of our trip so far.

The boat was beautiful and staff attentive

Too crowded of a bay and trash in the water. The itinerary was very rushed. Tommy, our tour guide, did a great job explaining the plan and history & culture. I'm not sure I'd recommend this tour because of the excessive amount of boats and trash on the water.

Everything! This boat was cozy, the activities and food were amazing, and the staff (especially Mike and Alan) were the best!! 10/10 would recommend. Especially the 2-night stay, which includes a bike ride on Cat Ba Island!

Fantastic cruise, the room was excellent Food incredible. Staff so good nothing to much trouble. And all delivered will a smile. Halong bay so beautiful a memory for life. I would recommend Sena cruise 100percent.
