To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask you to stay updated with the latest itinerary on our official website. Embark time: 12:00 PM - 12:15 PM (Room check-in time is 01:00 PM) Disembark time: 11:30 AM - 11:45 AM. Please note that room check-out time is 09:00 - 09:30 AM. Guests enjoy early lunch & activities until final disembarkation. Round-trip shuttle bus transportation from & to Hanoi Old Quarter, airport transfer service are available at the additional charge. Please inform our cruise office in advance of your hotel location or flight details for arrangement. Guests must provide the passport information of all members at least 02 days before arrival: Full name - Gender - Nationality - Date of birth - Passport number - Arrival date in Vietnam (or Visa expiration date). Booking's name and credit card's name need to be same. An additional charge will be applied for extra bed, extra person, room upgrade, beverages and other requests (late boarding, early disembarkation,...) There will be a mandatory surcharge for December 24th (Christmas's Eve), December 31st (New Year Eve) and Tet Holiday (Lunar New Year). Wi-Fi is available on board but the signal is weak and unstable due to geographic issues..Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

We hadden een grote (hoek) hut met panorama view, werkelijk fantastisch! 😍

Er kwam erg veel diesel lucht vanuit de motoren in onze kamer waardoor we de deuren gesloten moesten houden.

Sena cruises was one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip. We really enjoyed the amazing views, proposed activities as well as the food included in the price. The staff were amazing and very professional the whole time.

Gut organisiert vom Check In bis zum Check Out, das Personal und die gesamte Crew Vor allem Lan und Thien) sind herzlich und erfüllen jeden Wunsch, man fühlt sich wohl an Board, Essen ist sehr köstlich und sehr reichlich,

Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt, die Beschreibung und Erläuterung der Aktivitäten sollte detaillierter beschrieben werden

The ship itself is very nice & modern. The room and the balcony were nice. Tommy the tour guide was very good & informative. The staff work very hard to keep you satisfied.

It all felt very rushed but that's just the nature of the entire cruise I think. The food was okay but could do with improvement. I think the drinks were a bit too expensive also. The door to the toilet in the room needs looking at too as it closes so quick on it's own, feel like it's gonna smash.

Crociera stupenda, molto organizzati con tante attività piacevoli. Tutto lo staff é stato super gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Vogliamo ringraziare soprattutto la nostra guida Man, un vero Super-Man; ci ha accompagnato in questi due giorni in modo divertente facendoci apprezzare tutte le attività proposte senza mai essere invadente.
