To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask you to stay updated with the latest itinerary on our official website. Embark time: 12:00 PM - 12:15 PM (Room check-in time is 01:00 PM) Disembark time: 11:30 AM - 11:45 AM. Please note that room check-out time is 09:00 - 09:30 AM. Guests enjoy early lunch & activities until final disembarkation. Round-trip shuttle bus transportation from & to Hanoi Old Quarter, airport transfer service are available at the additional charge. Please inform our cruise office in advance of your hotel location or flight details for arrangement. Guests must provide the passport information of all members at least 02 days before arrival: Full name - Gender - Nationality - Date of birth - Passport number - Arrival date in Vietnam (or Visa expiration date). Booking's name and credit card's name need to be same. An additional charge will be applied for extra bed, extra person, room upgrade, beverages and other requests (late boarding, early disembarkation,...) There will be a mandatory surcharge for December 24th (Christmas's Eve), December 31st (New Year Eve) and Tet Holiday (Lunar New Year). Wi-Fi is available on board but the signal is weak and unstable due to geographic issues..Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Cozy and intimate cruise ship in paradise."

I really really enjoyed my stay on the Sena Cruise. The boat is quite new (2019) and clean. The staff is very sweet and friendly and the program gives enough flexibility to also enjoy the boat. I didn’t wanted to leave , even though I stayed for 2 nights. Had truly an incredible time.

I prefer a softer mattress and more pillows, but I had a restful sleep regardless.

Superó nuestras expectativas. Sena Cruise es un crucero familiar, pequeño con capacidad para pocas personas, pero eso precisamente es lo que más especial lo hace. Desde el primer momento el personal nos hizo sentir como en casa, y estaban constantemente pendientes de que estuviéramos super a gusto. Las actividades son geniales, la habitación perfecta y la ubicación inmejorable. Tuvimos mucha suerte ademas con nuestro guía Tommy, que hizo la experiencia mucho más divertida.

Todo estaba perfecto.

The boat itself is beautiful and the staff is super kind and helpful. The bay is also beautiful, but…

The tour company and activities fell short. I think that the competition of cruise boats has led to everything being very similar and “streamlined” but a lot of the time it felt like our group didn’t know the length of time or details about the activities we were be shuffled onto. Things felt rushed and unthoughtful at times, especially on the full day of activity where we were barely on the boat.

Una delle barche più belle, in legno, piccola e con poche camere e questo vuol dire pochi ospiti e meno casinò. Cibo ottimo, escursioni carine.

Potrebbe essere mantenuta un po meglio (camere e bagni)

Amazing cruise! Staff were incredible, rooms amazing and comfortable. We did 2 night cruise and loved it.

Food could be slightly better for price and drinks are expensive.

La bateau, la chambre, l’endroit encore à peu près préservé (même si vous devez vous attendre à une très grosse activité touristique) et le personnel pro et attentionné!
