We had a leaking air con unit in room which was dripping all night. Room was next to generator so kept us awake most of the night. Paid to be on a cruise but was off the boat, more than on.

IETony, our guide was super organized. He was kind, catered to everyone's needs with so much love and care. The staff in the cruise were also very helpful and kind and brought so much joy to the group. Moreover, the group size wasn't too big - which was perfect to get to know new people have a great time as a group. The best part was that there were so many activities planned - which took me by surprise - Lunch, Kayaking, Swimming, Happy Hour, Sunset watching, Cooking class, Dinner, Karaoke and Drinks, Cycling, Foot massage and local exploration and a goodbye lunch.. my best experience in Vietnam and I absolutely loved it!

CA-there wasn’t a lot of boats on LAN Ha bay compared to Ha Long Bay I strongly regret going on a cruise that doesn’t have a strong commitment to this beautiful environment. Please research your cruise before going.
- the room was very humid and smelt of mold - everything was very rushed and timed to the minute - LAN Ha Bay isn’t a Unesco site like Ha long bay so there is no strict restrictions/regulations to protect the ecosystem and it’s very visible by the garbage and oil you see floating around. In the evening we saw tons of it floating around our boat it was disgusting. One wonders if it came from our boat especially between us disembarking and the next travellers embarking they never pumped out their grey water.
