HUThe tour was well organized, our tour guide (Jack) was amazing! The programs were great and fun and Lan Ha Bay is an amazing choice if you would like to see beautiful nature with less turist. I would really recommend.
A few small things that would need some upgrate. The food was ok - it was extremly fresh but the taste was plain and it was too much, it felt wasted (we learned that they bring the leftovers to Cat Ba Island to feed animals, but still). Also the bathroom needs some upgrade, it flooded after we took a shower.

AUAUThis cruise was in Lan Ha Bay which was quiet, peaceful and beautiful. The activities (kyaking, swimming, bike ride, buffet meals) were well organised and ran to a schedule which was at a relaxed pace and you never felt rushed.. Tour guide, Jack, was personable and paid attention to each person's needs. Being a small group, meeting a range of people made the cruise feel personal and.added to the enjoyment.

CHFRThe staff was very kind and helpful, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the activities were well organized and enjoyable. The scenery was beautiful and the overall atmosphere on the boat was peaceful.
The boat and room were quite worn out (the toilet door couldn’t close and the bathroom window wouldn’t shut), and we could hear rats running above the ceiling at night. The food was disappointing and felt very average compared to the amazing food we had elsewhere in Vietnam. The itinerary also included very touristic stops focused on overpriced extras, which was frustrating.
