The manager spoke English better than I expected, so everything went smoothly. I was able to plan my trip thanks to their guidance, and after the trip, they introduced a taxi driver to Hanoi Airport, allowing me to travel with peace of mind. The hotel is a recently built building, so it was clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. It felt like a family-run place, and everyone was kind, which was great. If I travel again, I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again.

This is my second time taking a cruise. Perhaps because of its small scale, all the staff were kind and united in their kindness. The service from the dining staff, the manager, and the cabin manager was excellent. The onboard party was especially enjoyable. I am also particularly grateful to the cabin manager for dedicating over 30 minutes to helping with transportation to the next destination even after the cruise ended. Everyone is lucky. I pray for everyone's happiness.

We actually got transferred to a sister boat at the last minute, Aimee Cruise. But the room was amazing, the food was great, and the staff were amazing. We did 3 days 2 nights, and the second day where we went onto a day boat and got further into the bay was a big highlight.

I think the cruise prices are very expensive, but this one was on a par with the others. Because on the first day the boats doing the same as about 40 others, Titop island and the cave are crazy busy.

La grande qualité du service, le professionnalisme du personnel de bord tant au niveau restauration que durant les excursions proposées. Nous ne nous attendions à rien pour avoir lu bcp de commentaires, nous avons été agréablement surpris. Prendre un bain avec vue sur la baie d'Ha Long.

La literie manquait de confort, en décalage avec le reste des équipements du bateau. Sans être un défaut, il ne faut pas considérer le service comme une croisière mais plutôt comme un hôtel sur l'eau.
