1. Transportation to La Casta Cruise Pier Shared limousine transfer between Hanoi and La Casta Cruise Pier is available at an additional charge. Details are as follows: Pick-up & drop-off: Hanoi Old Quarter area only Pick-up time: Between 09:00 – 09:30 AM Rate: Advise upon request Private car transfers can also be arranged upon request. Please contact La Casta Cruise for further details and pricing. 2. Itinerary Notice Kindly note that the cruise itinerary and schedule may be subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions or operational requirements to ensure the safety and best experience for our guests. 3. Mandatory Guest Information In accordance with port authority regulations, advanced registration is required for all guests. Please provide the following passport information at least 48 hours prior to departure: Full name Gender Date of birth Nationality Passport number Vietnam visa expiry date This information should be completed using the form attached to the confirmation email. Please note that guests who do not submit the required information may not be permitted to board the cruise. 4. Cabin Amenities Each cabin includes 2 complimentary bottles of drinking water per day. Additional drinks and beverages are available on board and will be charged according to the cruise menu. 5. Peak Season Surcharge (will be advised when receiving booking) An additional surcharge per guest applies on: 24 December (Christmas Eve) 31 December (New Year’s Eve) 6. Arrival Time & Payment Please inform the cruise of your expected arrival time in advance using the Special Requests box when booking. 7. Payment before arrival via bank transfer may be required. The cruise team will contact you after booking with payment instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

So good rooms and locations etc..

Only bad thing is even after paying 25000 INR they say water bottles are not included need to pay extra.. that one behaviour was not good.. that too just for water bottle..

It’s a cruise what’s not to like 😁

Pre fixe dinner was horrible, legit bad. Lunch buffet was awesome though, so I’m confused lol. I wish we cruised some more, maybe one hour there, one hour back, and an hour or two chilling at the destination. I kinda would have liked to cruise cruise but yeah is what it is.

Staff were lovely! Such a clean and fancy room and boat! Was beautiful! Wonderful views!

Incredibly noisy room and also didn’t like the speaker announcement (it takes away the “luxury” feeling unfortunately” )

The VIP honeymoon sweet was amazing! The views, the comfort, and the amenities made for a wonderful stay. What made the stay spectacular was the wonderful staff. Everyone made us feel welcomed and had the utmost respect for us.

There wasn’t much to not like that was within the control of the property and the staff.

Room was stunning with an amazing balcony and bath with a view! Tours fun and informative and the food and staff fantastic! Happy hour was fun with an huge hot tub to enjoy cocktails in while taking in the views! No shortage of good food and you will Not go hungry! Mr Dong was a great host! Cooking class was fun and yes do the TaiChi

I struggled to hear announcements so keep your itinerary handy. Sometimes annoying having to wait for other guests to return to the day boat on excursions as they didn’t give good time guides for when to be back for the next excursion. I would book a car and avoid the but shuttle its extra regardless. It did have wifi!
