Very friendly and courteous service from all the staff.

Wow! What a fantastic experience and trip. The staff on the cruise were exceptional. Dong, the main man could not do enough! And the rest of his team were superb. The boat was emasculate. Spotlessly clean. Food was exceptional at every meal. And for a non meat eater I had lots of options. I do eat fish so that was a little easier but you can let them know of dietary requirements and they will accommodate without a problem. Excursions were great. I would advise to go for the kayak over the bamboo boat if you’re reasonably comfortable and fit. The bamboo boat is piloted by someone else but you make your own decisions in the kayak which suited us. We were beyond lucky and got an upgrade to the honeymoon suite. It’s quality. Private sauna and you’re own deck to enjoy the amazing sights of the bay. So if you’re looking to celebrate then go for the honeymoon suite.

Beach trip was affected by another group already being there playing loud music. Outside the control of the cruise I guess.

Its not and never a 5 star cruise! Barely a 4 star. I booked and paid for 2 executive suites but instead we were given wrong rooms (we realized it way later, after when a staff member told us it was senior twin rooms) which was smaller. [So make sure you ask about your booked rooms once again with the booking agent that contacts you on behalf of the cruising company to confirm your trip ahead of your travel, or else you might end up in a situation like us and might not get a good resolution at the spot] The washrooms in both rooms were not clean. Don't believe the pictures. In reality, you won't even want to sit in the tub or use the shower since they don't clean it properly. Plus it smelled like sewer the whole trip. Oh ya the hand soap ah.. garbage

Staff and everyone in the cruise was very helpful and nice!! We got the VIP cabin as an upgrade which was so beautiful.
