Contemporary Caravan at Newquay Holiday Park

The caravan was really clean,we loved every minute being in there.when it was cold i struggled to figure out radiators so i asked at front desk both ladies were lovely and gave me s card showing how to use the boiler the caravan was warm in a few mins.i fully recommend tjis place to others

I liked where the caravan is located within the site I like the quick response of house keeping when I had an issue on the 1st day. Enough bedding The shower room, open plan lounge/dining area so spacious Shower pressure amazing I liked the key safe option The kitchen had everything I needed I liked how close it was to the seaside and shops The site was clean Caravan looks like the picture as its advertised

I dont like the fact that there's no bath towels anymore, though I brought my own towels. I get that probably the is a laundrat on the site but who has time to do laundry on a wkend getaway. Using the same towel I used at the beach after a nice clean shower was no joy. Sofa bed mattress is in need of an upgrade not really comfortable but I found ways to make it comfy by using the sofa cursions :) I struggle to light the grill and oven maybe due to having an electric cooker at home.

was in a good location. easy to get to lots of the local beaches and towns with no time limits to get back to the site. not located too far from the facilities in the site but far enough not to be disturbed by the noise.

we had to clean the caravan before we settled in as it wasn’t very well cleaned. had dirty floors and sides also had smelly mop, and a very dirty hoover which wasn’t even emptied and still had hair and a lot of dust in it! there was no entertainment other than the tv. no board games etc. ended up buying our own. there was also no leaflets about the area but found some in reception and when out and about. would have been nice to have somewhere outside to sit.

was nice and spacious, myself and family had stayed over a weekend, good communication throughout and was more than enough to do on site and out

Close to amenities, although very hilly!

Caravan was damp and dated. Bedding was mouldy and unclean. Caravan itself was ok but not the cleanest. No towels. Tv didn’t work as stated - no access to streaming. Wi-Fi didn’t work and signal not good. Double bed was so uncomfortable and the pull out bed was just as bad. Newquay is my home town and I feel this was not value for money at all😞 Was also very disappointed my children were allowed to swim in the pool after lifeguard greeted us, didn’t mention anything, then 5 minutes later asked to vacate the pool as it was owners only.

Clean and comfy. Easy parking.

No chairs to sit outside van. Had to pay to use everything else, including Pools and restaurants. Also no trays to fit grill.

when arrived cigarette butts and Empty bottles outside the caravan.no toilet roll or towels as stated.said free Wi-Fi but no signal to get on or to even message owner.tv didn’t work as NO signal.and the double bed wow absolutely awful first night I had to sleep on the floor as my back was folding and I couldn’t breath properly.went to reception and he said he would get a mattress and never came back!. so 2nd night I had to get sofa seats and try to make a bed. the site seemed nice for kids.and swimming pool.but was so busy.and a kid was the lifeguard.a little out the way so taxi to Newquay cost £21
