部屋は綺麗で素敵でした

お風呂にお湯を入れたら何かのカスみたいなのが浮いていて不快でした 30分以上お湯を出していたら汚れが出なくなったが入るのがイヤでした

事前に清算しましたがお釣りの5000円札を 10000円札を渡したとフロントから連絡があり しっかりお釣りを確認したのでそのような事はないと伝えましたがカメラを確認すると言われ とても嫌な思いをしました。 結果カメラを確認したところ間違いであったと謝罪の電話がフロントから24:30にありました。お詫びにドリンクをサービスするとの事でしたが既に就寝もしていましたしちょっと考えさせて欲しいと伝え電話を切らせて頂きました。そのまま寝たかったのですがその後チャイムが鳴りスタッフの方が来て謝罪に来ましたが時間が時間でしたのでその後寝る事ができなくなってしまいとても疲れた宿泊となってしまいました。ゆっくりしたくて夫婦で泊まりに出かけましたが最悪のお休みとなってしまいました。

I liked that the room was large, having a fridge and microwave makes it much easier for those who want to save money.

I didn't like the fact that there was no key on the door and every time I had to notify reception to open the room door, it was very uncomfortable.
