Room is big and nice

The bath was not clean. When I put water I found somebody else's hair. And it should be more clear that every minute of deelay on check in is expensive. I was late of 7 minutes which is my fault, but I didn't know I had to pay 790 yen for that. I'm sure it's written somewhere but it should be more clear because it's the first time that happened.
