River Valley Inn

Clean but very simple Inn. Due to graduation weekend we were charged a horrendous amount which did not justify the value of the property. As we had no other option, we had to accept it but it felt like a total rip-off.

Run by mom and pop. Soo accommodating

Very friendly staff. Bare bones, but spotless. Great location. Room could benefit by having a box of tissues!

Great Location 3-5 minutes off the I91. Great staff. Called ahead for solutions as to where to park the 18 wheeler we were driving. Follow up 100%. Arrived after hours 11:00 key was programmed and tested + clear cut instructions as well as access to desk where the keys were waiting. Next day needed to scan some docs and no problemo. Great experience

Rat traps, old mattresses and trash outside room. Unfinished parking lot. Door lock broken, appeared to have been jimmied. Extension cords in the room. Old window replaced poorly. Peeling paint in shower. Cheapest possible vanity pulling away from the wall. Mold on walls in bathroom. Door lock didn't latch. Room smelled. No place to hang clothes, had to use the shower rod. Addressed the issues with the manager within 2 hours to no avail. We left after one night of two night reservation. They didn't give us a refund.

Room was spacious, and the new management went overboard with attentions, they made the saty very relaxing.
