Great location , very big room , big beds , very neat and clean , good balcony, every things required at home was available, very cute host couple, very helpful, booked our tour and onword travel ticket with very reasonable price . They offer fruits and even supported us with extra miles . God bless them with good health .🙏🙏

The location is everything! Right beside the river and night street, but still quiet at night. The room is better than in the pictures, very big and spacious, with 2 tables and chairs, cabinet and ample amenities. There are 2 balconies and large windows looking over the streets. The beds are comfy. Loved their selection of shampoo and body wash. The caretaker uncle is super cute and although we had to rely on Google translate for all our conversations, he was extremely patient, thoughtful and kind. He swiftly let us in after midnight although we did feel sorry for waking him up at an odd hour. This is the perfect little abode in Hoi An for people who like being near touristy spots but still want some quiet and peace.

The bed linen had some flies on it the first day we entered the room but it wasn't a big deal.

The room was very clean, everything worked perfectly, the room is spacious, the bathroom as well. The owners couple are very nice people and attentive, very helpful. The location is great, not too into the noisy streets but yet close enough to reach it walking.

Shower doesn’t warm up enough, it’s something to fix. I always shower when I wake up, so shower could be warmer.

The hosts were so lovely and always so smiley!!! We loved our stay here thank you so much. The location was perfect. You were close enough to the night markets and the strip with live music and restaurants but also couldn’t hear the noise from the busy parts. We got fresh towels and water everyday. We would recommend this stay to any of our friends or family who visit Hoi An. It was also only a 12 minute drive to An bang beach which was so lovely and easy to get to. I couldn’t recommend this homestay more! Such lovely hosts and excellent value for money!! Thank you.

Very good location, with a large open room with a balcony over looking the street. Was cleaned every day, with fresh towels. The hosts are amazing and caring people, always looking to give you the best stay. On arrival she gave us water, and we got a fresh mango. The host always gave us water after being out, and she also helped us book a taxi to Da Nang

The location is ideal and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is super nice !
