Perfect location and incredibly friendly owners. Offered laundry at good value too.

Wifi was a bit intermittent and that room was a bit of a faraday cage so signal dipped slightly, but wasn’t a big issue.

The bedroom and bathroom are very clean and comfortable, and the location right near the Hoi An night market but a little out of the hustle and bustle is great. The hosts are super nice, but they speak almost no English (we used Google translate). Would recommend, very reasonable price for the location and comfort provided.

There is an Indian restaurant next door that blasts loud music late into the night. We slept through it as it's a bit muffled, but definitely still audible.

Staff really friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Quiet little section of Hoi An but still within walking distance of restaurants and other old town attractions. Good Value for money. Will be looking here again when return for sure.

Would have liked a small bar fridge in room to keep some cool drinks, but minor detail.

Huge spacious room. Spotless and clean. Great AC and clean washroom. The balcony was nice too. This hotel is the real deal. Also the owner and his wife are the nicest human i have ever ever meet.

The owners were just super friendly, nice and willing to help in anything, even though they don't speak any english at all. Location is fantastic, only 10min walk from everywhere, yet super calm area. They even invite me for a nice vietnamese coffee at departure.

There was a boy very arrogant making all the offort of the owners go away. A pitty but not customer oriented, making me feel not welcome and disrespected. Breakfast could have been also available at the hotel.

Perfect place to stay!! Staff were always friendly and helpful, its 5 minute walk from anything you wanna see in ancient town, next door to an Indian restaurant and a pho restaurant, 2 minutes from a mini mart and laundry service….cannot recommend this place enough was a great stay

Great location next to old town and plenty of bars and restaurants. The kindest, smiliest, most lovely hosts we’ve had in Vietnam. They don’t speak much English, but we used translator. They gave us free fruit and water throughout the stay and sorted a bike out for us, as well as quickly resolving our flat tyre problem when we were going to a cooking class. They organised our bus to HCMC and were just awesome to be around. Nice, big room with AC and fan. Good sized bathroom, comfy bed. We came back late one night and they had shut the door but let us in no problem when we rang the bell. Totally recommend this homestay, especially for the price.
