Excellent location. Very caring host. Superb breakfast at very reasonable price. Best value for money.

Very nice stay in a perfect location (short walk to everything). Able to take the push bikes out for free if you want. Staff speak minimal English but this was a non issue as we just communicated with google translate. They were able to help us with any request we had and always greeted us with big smiles. Just a really nice stay. I had read you can be locked out of the property at night, which is true but there is just a bell you ring and they let you in (we were returning at 3am). Would 100% stay again.

Just some point for improvement not really things we didn’t like. The room took a long time to cool down. I wonder if the aircon needs some maintenance? Would maybe be good to have do not disturb door signs for days you don’t want a room clean. Again, just little suggestions we loved the stay.

Friendly staff, they have a pick up service from the airport to the hotel, which was convenient and less hassle for us since we arrive in Da Nang city around 11pm. The hotel is central location which is easy to roam around the city and it was good value for money.

Great position. Very lovely friendly people For the money it's great value and it's clean. Bed mattress is very firm but good. Easy to walk to old town and there's a lot pubs restaurants literally around the corner

As I had heavy luggage not fun going up the stairs but owner assisted too and luggage was over heavy. Aircon was great but just hard to set for sleeping and also takes a while for room to cool down when you come back.

We LOVED this place! In nearly 5 months of travelling, this is one of our favourite accommodations. Everything about it was great, the room is nice and spacious with access to a balcony, the shower has hot water, there’s plenty of sockets in the room. The location doesn’t get better - we were practically staying in the old town, except without the noise. The best thing about the place is the couple who runs it. They are the nicest people, always a smile on their face and they supplied us with free water, free bikes and some fresh fruit. If you are looking into your onwards journey or an airport transfer, I recommend to book it directly with the Homestay as both of these transportations were very fairly priced. We hope to come back here some day because we really enjoyed our stay so much!
