Advertised as pet friendly and told on arrival our 2 small well behaved dogs had to stay in the car for the duration. The dog welcome aspect of their advertising was the sole reason we chose them. Noticed other dogs at the property and 2 in a run beside a room. The advertised photo of the property did not match the building we were allocated( very different) Grounds overgrown and in poor condition. Advertised cable tv, only had 4 basic Chanel’s Manager? rude and unfriendly. Very tired motel Stove hot plates dirty, as was jug spout. Toilet cistern past its use by date. Way over priced

Leaving

Rubbish in what was previous garden area. Very old uncomfortble bed Stains in basin rubbed off. , shower was filthy . Cracks and hair on shower bottom, obviously did not use detergent to clean Toilet around floor not cleaned Very noisy neighbours. We have travelled and booked with booking.com for many years and never had a problem . I know some people have very, very low standards but I never thought would have to pay to stay in such grotty, dirty accommodatiion.

Very basic

The place smelt of cigarette smoke even though it was no smoking. The window catch in the bathroom was broken and wouldn't close properly. The coffee sachets were hard and stale.

Not much

Bed pushed to front wall near doorway so little access. Old doorway to adjoining room plugged with foam and painted plywood. Lounge grotty and bathroom sink stained and dirty. Everything squashed in room. Rear of site had a house that looked like squatters lived there.

Value for money and location.

Shower head pressure poor and unit could do with a deep clean.
