Lovely welcome. Fab rooms. Very comfy beds. Great shower. Everything you need is there. Close to town centre. Great base for hobbiton. 15 min drive. Perfect for a family stay. Lovely gardens, and things to do for kids. Lovely pool and spa. Perfect!!

We were warmly welcomed at reception by the friendly owner who kindly walked us to our room. We really appreciated being able to store our bikes securely in a lock-up. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained, the room was spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

It is not far from the Hobbiton Movie Set so was easy for after the evening tour that we did. The room’s decor was quite dated but was clean and well cared for.
