Our stay at Ashar Tented Resort was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by stunning scenery that made the whole experience feel magical and peaceful. The tents were beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, clean, and luxurious while still allowing us to feel connected to nature. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff — every single person was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible, and their kindness made us feel so special throughout our stay. The food, atmosphere, and attention to detail were all exceptional. It was honestly one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything exceeded our expectations. If we had to mention something, it would only be that we wish we could have stayed longer because the experience was so amazing.

الجميع في المنتجع كان يبحث عن راحت الضيف من مدير المنتجع إلى الأشخاص المسؤلين عن النظافه وأخص مسؤولي الاستقبال والأمن حيث تعرضت سيارتي لعطل داخل المنتجع وكانوا خير عون لي ولاهلي في تسهيل الأمور وتصليح السيارة شكرا جزيلا للأخ عبدالله العنزي مجاهد العنزي فهد العنزي وللأخ غرسان الغامدي في الاستقبال

الموقع رائع، والترقية والاحتفاء الذي حصلت عليه كان مبهجا ومسعدا لنا تعامل الموظفين ممتاز وبشوشين

بعض سائقي خدمة صف السيارات تطفلوا بإنزال الستائر الخلفية مما تسبب في سقوط "الداش كام" توجد في الغرفة بعض الملاحظات التي يفضل تعديلها كالستارة التي عند باب الدخول صغيرة جدا ويصعب أن تستر الزجاجة بالكامل كذلك في دورة المياه يصبع ضغط بعض الأزرار المطعم جيد ولكن تمنيت لو كان التنوع أكبر بالإفطار
