Ashar Tented Resort

I had a wonderful stay. The check-in process was smooth, fast, and welcoming. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The concierge service was outstanding. I requested three items that I knew were not normally available, yet the team managed to provide all of them without any additional service charges. Their willingness to go above and beyond truly impressed me. I also appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. Arabic coffee, local dates, and delicious baklava were always available while arriving, departing, or waiting for my car from valet service. What makes this hotel special is its people. Everywhere you go, staff members are eager to assist and make your stay comfortable, always with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

كل شيء جميل جدا بل رائع..

خيارات الطعام في مطعم حرة ، محدودة جدا ولا تناسب الجميع (بالذات محبي الاكلات العربية)، ولا يوجد خيارات اخرى بالنسبة لتجربة تناول الطعام، كما ان الثلاجة في الفيلا مهيئة فقط للمشروبات ولا يمكن وضع اي طعام فيها ، لذا هذا صعب علينا التجربة بالنسبة لعائلة مع 3 اطفال

Le cadre de l’hôtel était incroyable, les chambres étaient spacieuses. Le personnel est très accueillant. Comme la piscine était fermée, l’hôtel nous a surclassé dans une maison avec notre propre piscine.

性价比超高，其实就是悦榕庄的一部分，享受一样的服务、早餐厅，服务人员都很专业友好，帐篷Villa宽敞舒适， ashar tented在resort的左边靠大路，但丝毫不影响隐私。用悦榕庄三分一价格就能获得的快乐。

Amazing location , design , facilities , and mostly the hotel has super friendly and helpful staff. I strongly recommend the hotel to all kind of travelers . The vibes in the hotel and in the area are breathtaking.

I can’t use the word “didn’t like “ but would add few comments for further improvement : - The Breakfast is good but could be better by offering additional “open buffet” options , the staff is amazing but could be overwhelmed sometimes with breakfast orders - The hot water systems can be enhanced inside the villas - Although the hotel offered us a swimming pool in one of the luxurious Villas, not having the main pool in operation was a bit of disappointment
