The hotel is simply stunning. The quality of service is exactly what I expect from a Banyan Tree property. This was our second stay here, and we try to return at least once a year. The location was absolutely perfect for my marriage proposal<3<3 It is a privilege to see hotels of this quality and beauty being developed in Saudi Arabia. Set within the breathtaking AlUla nature reserve, the surroundings are spectacular. One of the most unique features is that the resort is surrounded by ancient rock formations and prehistoric rock art, making it a fascinating place to explore on foot and discover the area's rich history and culture. The rooms are incredibly private and thoughtfully designed. What really sets this hotel apart are the small details: complimentary late check-out, free bicycle rental, a private fire pit under the stars at no extra cost, flashlights for exploring at night, a beautiful bathtub, rain shower, outdoor dining and seating areas, sun loungers, and the fire pit area for stargazing. Everything you could possibly need is already there. Once again, the service was outstanding and the breakfast was excellent. Through my work I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, but very few come close to this one. This hotel is really A true 20 out of 10. Highly recommended and already looking forward to our next visit.

WE LOVED EVERYTHING Not a complaint, but rather a tip for future guests: the famous main swimming pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. However, this was not an issue for us, they have a big pool villa available if you want to use it, and the hotel also offers access to the stunning swimming pool at Our Habitas AlUla. A buggy service is provided to take you there and bring you back whenever you wish, making the experience seamless and very convenient.

The upgraded villa was breathtaking. • Two large bedrooms with elegant, calming interiors • A private pool overlooking the dramatic desert landscape • Expansive outdoor seating perfect for sunrise coffee or evening relaxation • Total privacy, surrounded by AlUla’s iconic sandstone formations It felt like a luxurious desert sanctuary—quiet, peaceful, and beautifully integrated into nature. 🌅 The Experience Every moment felt curated and thoughtful. • The staff were warm, professional, and always one step ahead • Housekeeping kept the villa immaculate • The buggy service was quick and convenient • Dining options were excellent, especially breakfast with a view Dinner was exceptional with Kurt helping us chose the Thai menu and the food suggestions were very delicious Whether we were relaxing by the pool, exploring the resort, or simply enjoying the silence of the desert, the atmosphere was serene and unforgettable. ✨ Final Thoughts The upgrade to the Two‑Bedroom Dune Villa made our stay extraordinary, but the real magic came from the combination of world‑class service, stunning architecture, and the natural beauty of AlUla.
