great location directly in Marina with sea view and beautiful sunsets, convenient boat with everything you need, very responsive and friendly host, bikes were great to get around, kids loved to meet their friends in Marina.

The facility is exactly like in photos. Everything was clean and each guest had 3 towel set. Master bedroom has a small deck, which allows you the perfect view of the Marina from it. The beds are soft, which we liked, but may not be to someone's taste. Also, 6 people can comfortably sleep in here. The parking and trash cans are right in front of the house, which was great. Kitchen has all the appliances you need for cooking, oven, microwave oven, full sized fridge, coffee maker etc. What was important for us, since it was colder weather is heating. The AC in the living room could warm up the whole area and there is additional heater in the master bedroom. So if you are travelling in colder months, this accommodation is perfect for you :). The upper deck is perfect for sitting all day, but it is a little colder at night, so it would be good to grab a blankets that can be found in the living room. The host Tatiana was so kind, she even told us we can call her if we needed anything else. Somebody wrote that there was a problem with the deposit, but everything run smoothly in our case. There was no problem with receiving business invoice. Definitely will be coming back :)

Problems with houseboats generally are that they are bad when it comes to soundproofing and that there is little privacy in season, so be prepared for that.

Great location in front of the sea (marina is large and there is many floating houses far away from the sea view). Marina is a quiet and relaxing place. Place for a quiet chillout. Beach & sea is full of stones but this is Adriatic Sea in that region overall

It's a unique place to stay. Feels like a real boat where you can feel the movement of the sea. Very nicely furnished and equipped.

When we arrived it seemed like noone knew about my reservetion. Poor guy at the reception desk tried to do his best to let us in. It took him 15 minutes to figure things out. I booked a house for 6 people, but it was ready for 4 people to use. We could find more sets of blankets, pillows and sheets in random drawers. Luckily I had my own pillow with me, it helped a lot. Wifi sign was weak. The bedroom is very bright from the very early morning, curtains can't keep the brightness of the sun out.

It was very beautiful, clean and staff was very nice. Terace was amazing and the view was the best.

For boat lovers this is ideal for a family of 5. Full equipped kitchen. Very close to the sea to swim and supermarket and restaurants. The hot tub and sun deck are also a big bonus . Bus station about 10 mins walk to get to piran or Ljubljana kopek etc .

The main bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable. maybe we are not used to it but the mattress sinks and pillows were flat so we didn’t sleep well. the upper deck sun beds were more comfortable. the rest of the beds in the other rooms were ok. there is no washing machine.
