Hot tub

Got a call saying the lodge we booked wasn’t available about 2 hours before check in the lodge we got was really run down cigarette burns on carpets freezer full of ice fridge manky smoke alarm/carbon dioxide detector went of all Night no one would answer phone so sleepless night next they came changed it over to new one withing 15 mins it was going of again so we called again and refused to stay in it any longer due to safety concerns they walked out lodge ignoring it and total ignored our calls please please avoid this place there advertising luxury lodged then putting you in manky run down and not safe

"Dirty and clearly not cleaned very well."

The pod was spacious meaning we were not cramped, but this was not very relevant as we left early anyways.

Not clean, we found a pill in the closet, rips in the floor, and mold and stains down the side of the bed. Our door wouldn’t close properly, it took a lot of power to shut. We were next to a main road all we could hear was cars all night, this should have been stated in the description so we knew we would not be able to rest. Overall, we had a bad experience and left a day early. I do not recommend staying here if you want to go for a relaxing weekend away.

Poor customer service, looked out dated. Wasnt cleaned , smelled of wet dog, bathroom disgusting, bedding didnt look like it had been changed since there first customer lived in it, very disgusting. Was told if needed anything then not to hesitate and call. So we did.. not one time was it answered or returned..would not advise anyone to go

Lodge was nice, everything we needed. Hit tub was so good.

Was dust and some hair in corners but was overall clean.
