Modern, clean everything you need

Only that we feel passes should be cover, they wouldn’t even (onsite) use the restaurant unless you had a pass. So restricted , to what you could do if you didn’t pay for pass.

Communication from Tammy was brilliant with directions to the caravan. The caravan was spotless and very modern. The beds were very comfy. We would definitely stay again.

Only the shower let us down. It only had hot water for one wash 😁

Location was good.

We had high hopes about staying in 263 Sycamore as the reviews stated it as superb! Our experience wasn't great, a very strong smell of damp hit us as we walked in the door (Guessing a leak or something but whoever had been to make sure it was ready for us, had opened windows etc. must have smelt it - literally hit us as we opened the door.) This smell didn't go, and from what we could tell it smelt like it was coming from the top left corner of the sofa, under the bay window. The rest of the property - although nice, I wouldn't describe as superb - it was tired and very much in need of some TLC. The WiFi went down and we couldn't work out how to get it to work again. Quite disappointed really, based on the reviews we expected our stay to be good, and wasn't exactly cheap, we also left early due to the smell.

Really clean and everything provided that was needed, great communication.
