The whole stay was brilliant from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable and all staff were so helpful. The new forest rangers on site were helpful and knowledgeable, the reception staff went out of their way to help with any queries. We booked at the last minute and so hadn't purchased access to the facilities so Tammy ensured that she made the trip to sort things out for us on the same day. In terms of location, the accommodation was centrally located for villages, forest walks, great restaurants and cafes. We are caravan holiday novices but will definitely be back!
