The Chalet was very nice and Kelly was a very good host. Lots of things for the kids to do in the park

Restaurant was a bit of a let down and could do with some more staff to get customers served quicker.

All the benefits of being at a Parkdean Resort (activities for kids, proximity to beach) but with the guarantee of a pristinely cleaned, well designed chalet. Tucked at the quiet end of the resort, but with a very convenient side exit along a footpath, allowing quick access to town/beach without going through the whole park. The space is phenomenally well designed - we happy fitted ourselves, two children, a newborn baby and a dog, and didn't feel cramped. It was renovated extensively a few years ago, and they did a great job, especially the large windows by the lounge area. You also get access to an exclusive 'owners swim' in the main swimmng pool for one hour each day, which we found was very chilled, without the big crowds. Loved the fact that dogs are allowed on long stretches of the beach - our labrador had the time of her life. Kelly was a fantastic host - so quick to respond, and kind and generous throughout.

Hard to pick anything. Handle on the toaster a bit loose, no vegetable peeler. Only tiny things! But generally the kitchen was really well stocked, and even some basic food provided on our arrival.

Best location within the park, easy access to beach path. The extra mile the owners put in my providing basic food and toiletries was much appreciated. Will definitely make a return trip.

Had a fantastic over night stay at the Shore thing holiday chalet, felt like a home from home stay, welcome pack from Kelly was fantastic and the whole experience was very welcoming, seriously thinking about revisiting in the summer.
