It was situated. Staff were helpful and friendly room was spotlessly clean.

It was a shame that there wasn't any evening entertainment available.

The room was as described. However, it was smaller than expected. The photo sent with the confirmation was similar, but it showed a different larger room with two bedrooms? We would have liked to use the swimming pool, but both pools were packed with children.

Bathroom could do with toilet roll holder and shelf in shower

The room was incredibly hot and smelled; I guess a smoker had used the room before

Great facilities, friendly staff, super quick check in, good communication via chat ahead of arrivals and room was ready well ahead of 3pm.

Kitchen and lounge dated and not as clean as I’d expect, could do with a refresh and deep clean.
