Beautiful location. Swimming pool, walks and plenty to do on site. Staff were helpful. Entertainment in the evenings during peak season. Very close to Charmouth Beach and Lyme Regis. The room has all the basics needed - kettle, fridge, plates.

Missing items in the room - no hand soap in the bathroom in the room to wash you hand with. We asked staff and they said they ran out so we had to buy in the shop. No bath mat so bathroom was very slippy. Some of the pillows/sheets were quiet stained. More attention to detail in the rooms would definitely have made this stay feel more comfortable.

Great facilities. Great breakfast. Great pool. Cold outside pool was great for a refreshing cold dipping after the sauna. Great location as we were able to walk across footpaths and country's to reach Lyme regis. Staff very friendly and happy. Very nice surroundings and location. Overall would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

The bed / mattress very uncomfortable very poor sleep room/apartment 1- informed staff of very uncomfortable mattress and requested if it could be changed and was informed this wasn't possible. May I suggest you replace the very uncomfortable with 'wonky springs' mattress.

Very spacious. True to pictures. Wonderful staff. Easy access to swimming pools and the main restaurant.

This is a motel room not a 5* hotel . As such it was perfect. Clean comfortable and modern. The shower room was excellent.

The TV was tiny but that was minor.
