The room key was left in a lock box and the directions for finding it were terrible so the arrival was difficult with three tired children in the dark and rain.

Comfortable place, well maintained, quiet location and handy for the sights.

A few basic supplies, like a dish cloth and soap (commonly supplied for self-catering) would have been appreciated.

海滩有点距离，走路20多分钟，还是开车方便。房间一般，卫生间卫生一般，有异味，设施有点老旧，没有洗浴用品。淋浴龙头还是坏的，联系了两次才修好。

Bed was like sleeping on a rock and the sofa dipped in the middle

There is no shelf in the shower to put your tolietries, need to keep them on the bottom of the shower. Not idea . Alsi no hairdryer.

Good location for exploring local beaches etc. Easy walk to Charmouth. Nice pool. Really liked the fact there was a mini kitchen with fridge and microwave etc. Friendly staff. Nice food in the restaurant.

With the window open it was a bit noisy at times in the evening with people walking past etc but this was to be expected when staying in the main complex above the reception area.

Absolutely love it there accommodation people food everything
