Donna on reception was outstanding, I had a dreadful journey and travelling alone for family reasons to support my sister losing her husband and I stayed nearby, Donna was welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. She made a truly overwhelming situation so calm I was so impressed

Nope nothing

This pod was the perfect little stay away for a long weekend. Everything you need, the pod is spacious and clean as well as warm/cosy. There was a double bed and a set of bunk beds should you have children with you. Dog friendly so we were able to take our dog and very comfy. Electricity right by the bed was helpful and everyone we met onsite was friendly and very inviting. The toilet blocks were a very short walk and the showers were lovey and warm. Such good value.

Really liked the whole stay. The shower buttons are a little hard to press on but with some force they were easy to use, not really a big problem

Clean, tidy and warm!

Arrival time was slightly later than expected due to traffic but Lee and Paul the Wardens were welcoming and extremely helpful. Lovely pods and a great place to stay whilst in Thanet for a family function

Coffee facilities In pod would make it a 10/10. Was a last minute booking so hadn't checked if this was a facility available in the pods.

The showers are a nightmare! Quite cramped, though I could have coped with that on it's but the main problem was the shower control itself. Less than a second after pressing the (very stiff) on button, unless you maintain constant pressure (impossible the water flow stops! It was an almighty struggle just to shower my body, but there's NO WAY I could wash my hair in that! On former visits I think I have used the swimming pool showers for that, but the pool wasn't even open, so I couldn't even do that. We ended up leaving the night before we were due to, mainly because of that! Not at all happy :-( PLEASE DEAL WITH THE SHOWERS!
