The receptionists were fabulous I think it was Donna or Hannah, the lovely smiley lady on the front desk, superbly warm welcome

There needs to be better coordination between all the businesses operating there. I did not book directly with the park , but access to the facilities was included in my booking. At reception, they were unable to confirm this, and I ended up not sure myself. Later, I was asked to show passes at the pool, and since I did not know what they were them, I ended up paying again. Unfortunately, it was not possible to get a refund. The staff were all very nice and helpful, but this process could be much simpler. Reception should be able to check each booking and clearly see what is included, rather than expecting guests to know all the details. Regarding that , we all had a great time .

Donna the receptionist was very accommodating and extremely lovely to speak to she handled any problem I had to which was only one and make me feel safe and well look after the pod was really nice clean and tidy and met some great people and we are coming back in may 🥳

Great quirky pod, really clean and close to the reception/bar and pool. Brilliant welcome by Donna and clean and fun pool. Kids had a great time.

Would have been nice to have had a kettle for making drinks and possibly a microwave. Just beds and a table so need to bring cooking options and cups, plates, cutlery with you.
